Or the minor who digs out the sand and then processes it into strands of glass that are then manufactured (blown) into glass bottles. You may choose to purchase your ketchup in these glass bottles, because glass is "greener" and doesn't leave a plastic taste residue (among other more nefarious deposits) in the ketchup.
