Time to bake a rhubarb pie
I saw asparagus at the Ithaca Farmers Market. I'm about to make my 2nd rhubarb pie this Spring. The raabs are coming to a close, although there are still a few meals left in my garden. We ate our first salads straight from the garden for lunch today.
I saw head lettuce, chives (pictured above), and heard talk of strawberries. Daffodils, bouquets of poppies, and garden plants and flowers are all in.
We are in booth 6. With all of this Spring pie making, you will need the best natural Castile soap to use as dish soap. Andy loves a good joke!
