July 4th

July 4th is next week. Plan your trip. If you're headed out to a music festival. Make sure you have the best soap, so you can stay clean and healthy, while you're on the dance floor or at the gorge, a campground, or your favorite farmers market, in Ithaca, of course.

We are headed into the early Summer harvest. Cucumbers will be showing up soon, more berries, and Summer squashes!  First the yellow crook necks, then zucchinis. My all tome favorite is breaded and fried zucchini. 

Get some fresh local bbq meat, good crusty bread, salad greens, and a bottle of dressing, some bbq sauce, and even hard cider or mushroom spirits. All at the market.
