Zucchini!!

My all time vegetable has arrived at The Ithaca Farmers Market. There are so many zucchini varieties and it is so versatile.

You can saute it, bread and fry it, grate it for omelettes or quiches. Sweet in quick breads, or savory grilled with pork chops, you can't go wrong. Quick cooked over an open fire while you are camping this weekend, zucchini is your friend.
